Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
